Technical browsing data
The systems serving this website receive technical data required for Internet communication, including IP addresses in the provider’s security logs. Zoro Tech Design does not use this information to identify visitors.
First-party aggregate statistics
Our hosting stores aggregate counts for visited and landing pages, internal routes, device category, browser language, source/campaign and actions such as scroll depth, contact clicks and form submissions. The collector stores no IP address, full user agent or persistent visitor identifier.
Contact form
When you contact us voluntarily, we process your name, email, telephone, company, message and visit-attribution information. Please do not send unnecessary sensitive or confidential data.
3. Purposes, legal bases and retention
- Operation and security: our legitimate interest and technical necessity; logs are retained under the provider’s policies.
- Enquiries: steps requested before entering a contract and our legitimate interest in replying; data is retained as long as necessary for the enquiry and connected legal requirements or claims.
- Internal aggregate statistics: legitimate interest in improving this website only; aggregate data is retained for 120 days.
- Google Analytics 4: consent, which can be withdrawn at any time; user-level data is retained for no longer than 14 months under the property’s available settings.
5. Recipients and international transfers
Strictly necessary processors may handle data: Aruba for hosting and email and, only after consent, Google Ireland Limited for Google Analytics 4. Google may use infrastructure outside the EEA under the transfer mechanisms allowed by law, including adequacy decisions and standard contractual clauses.
The website also requests technical resources from Google Fonts and cdnjs/Cloudflare for fonts and icons; those providers receive the technical data required to deliver the resource.
