After design, we provide technical advice on injection and compression moulds for plastic and rubber components. We analyse the part, material and expected volumes to define requirements and solutions for the mould maker.
We assess wall thickness, draft angles, undercuts, shrinkage, parting lines and injection points to prevent issues and support construction. We help the client review technical proposals and changes requested during development.
Following trials carried out by the mould maker, we analyse samples and dimensional results and recommend adjustments to the mould. Construction and operational testing are performed by the supplier appointed by the client.
