After design, we provide mould manufacturing consultancy for plastic and rubber components. We assess injection moulds and compression moulds, analysing the part, material and expected volumes to define requirements for mould production by the appointed mould maker.
We assess wall thickness, draft angles, undercuts, shrinkage, parting lines and injection points to prevent issues and support construction. We help the client review technical proposals and changes requested during development.
Following trials carried out by the mould maker, we analyse samples and dimensional results and recommend adjustments to the mould. Construction and operational testing are performed by the supplier appointed by the client.
