Who it is for
For companies and designers checking dimensions, assembly, appearance or a function before investing in tooling. The intended test determines whether a visual, dimensional or functional prototype is appropriate.
Through rapid prototyping, we transform digital designs into physical prototypes in reduced timeframes, using cutting-edge 3D printing technologies to test and validate design concepts before final production. This minimises errors and optimises costs across the entire development cycle.
We manage prototyping with multiple advanced technologies: Fused Deposition Modelling (FDM) for functional prototypes up to 1 cubic metre; Stereolithography (SLA) for high-detail models with excellent surface finish; Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) for robust, complex parts without support structures; PolyJet and Multi Jet Fusion (MJF) for multi-material parts with complex geometries.
This variety of technologies allows us to match the right process to each project's specific requirements — whether functional testing, aesthetic validation, or client presentation.
For companies and designers checking dimensions, assembly, appearance or a function before investing in tooling. The intended test determines whether a visual, dimensional or functional prototype is appropriate.
We review the model and critical areas, then compare process, orientation, material and finish. FDM, SLA, SLS, MJF and PolyJet meet different needs; selection depends on the planned validation.
The proposal defines quantity, material, finish and required prototype checks, together with any file updates. Acceptance criteria and documentation are agreed before the prototype is made.
Send STEP or STL files, dimensions, quantities, operating conditions, appearance requirements, tolerances and the required date. State whether the sample only demonstrates shape or must withstand loads, heat or assembly.
Not necessarily. Process, orientation and material can alter strength and behaviour. Tests need to account for those differences.
We can first assess product modelling or measurement of an existing part. Model preparation and sample manufacture are clarified in the quotation.
