We analyse trials carried out by the manufacturer, checking part characteristics, recurring defects and compliance with agreed requirements. We advise on adjustments to the component, mould and process parameters with the client and their appointed supplier.
During industrialisation, we assess ways to improve repeatability and quality and reduce scrap, cycle times and costs. The manufacturer appointed by the client makes the samples and parts.
